Proud Moments, a leader in providing services for children on the autistic spectrum, is seeking an experienced corporate Recruiter to provide high-level talent acquisition expertise.  This position will play a key role in the growth of the company, managing the creation and implementation of talent acquisition campaigns, building rich candidate pipelines, providing the team with a full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening and on-boarding) experience.  You will also be a part of developing a deeper, richer employment value prop and candidate experience.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelors’ degree preferably in Human Resources or related degree with minimum of 5+ years’ experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in healthcare.  You must possess in-depth knowledge of social media recruitment, resume databases and professional networks with a proven track record of managing recruitment vendors (agencies, job boards, Handshake, etc.) and hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods as well as good knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now.  This an onsite role, there is no current opportunity to work remotely.

Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of autistic children, encouraging children on the autism spectrum to learn and grow utilizing the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Proud Moments services children on the autism spectrum, providing ABA treatments at home or school. Proud Moments services New York City, New Jersey, Syracuse, Maryland, Long Island, Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada, with expert treatment, innovative techniques and child-centered compassionate care.
