Proud Moments, a leader in providing services for children on the autistic spectrum, is seeking an experienced Credentialing professional. In this role, you will be responsible for credentialing new hires and current BCBA clinicians. The successful candidate will manage new provider onboarding, monitoring progress and following-up as needed. Additionally, you will re-credential current employees, tracking license and certification expiration to ensure timely renewals, maintain copies of credentialing documents for all clinical staff, set-up and maintain credentialing information in the HR system and be expected to perform file audits to ensure all files are current and accurate.
The successful candidate will possess 2+ years of BCBA credentialing experience, preferably in an ABA setting. You should be proficient with Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems - specifically employee onboarding. As well, you must possess excellent attention to detail, organized, have excellent verbal, written and computer skills, be a quick learner and have a strong sense of completing work in a thorough and expeditious manner while being able to multitasking in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
