Proud Moments, a leader in providing services for children on the autistic spectrum, is seeking an experienced Clinical Business Operations Manager to oversee the business and clinical operations at select locations and are responsible for the quality of the services, overall growth, financial well-being, and development as well as set individual and center performance goals of clinical and administrative staff.
The successful candidate will possess a Masters’ degree Behavioral Analysis, Education, Psychology or related field and have 1+ years of experience managing a treatment team of technicians, initiating and maintaining individualized ABA programs to ensure we provide excellent treatment, services, and support. You must be a current BCBA with all your credentials up-to-date (license, certifications, etc.) and licensed in the state in which services are being provided, possess an 8-hour Supervision Training certification, display excellent clinical and business competence and judgement, have excellent project management and advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with the ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess strong communication, problem-solving and organizational abilities and be technologically proficient with Apple and/or Android devices.
